I absolutely agree that they did something wrong and possibly in violation of the NDAs that they signed when they left their agencies. But, I don't believe what they did rises to the level of a federal criminal offense that the FBI would normally investigate.

I absolutely agree that they did something wrong and possibly in violation of the NDAs that they signed when they left their agencies. But, I don't believe what they did rises to the level of a federal criminal offense that the FBI would normally investigate.
