There's a possibility they'll be rezoned there or even to Timberlane. That said, agree it is a GREAT community for young families.
100%! I live near this neighborhood and frequently walk through. It’s wonderful! I was walking there last evening and it was full of families and guests hanging out outside. I think you’d have to move fast at the $700k price point — and also have realistic expectations in terms of size and updates.

We rented one of those brick ranches in FCC about ten years ago. I absolutely loved that house. Lots of them have big yards, too.

Yeah, forget living in McLean, Vienna, or 22043 Falls Church. Look further out. A normal DC area commute is 45 minutes+

Agree, at least with regard to 22046. We are in that zip code and bought our house -- a starter house that hadn't had anything updated since 1996 -- for 707k ten years ago. It's worth a little over a million now. Not a dump, not tiny, and it is a SFH, but it isn't anything big or fancy either.

This PP just pulled you the best you will find for under $700. The fourth house in very cute, I'd run with that.
I live near the fourth house. The neighborhood is wonderful for children. Tysons is an easy 18-20 minute drive.

NP- I drive from this area or Tyson’s a few days a week and it is between 15-20 minutes no matter the time of day. How close to Tyson’s do you need to be?
