When I think about it, it seems like most of them did. There's sense to it. You need the strong support of the spouse and family to succeed in politics.

Having lived in other countries, I find our obsession with the spouses and marriages of our presidents a bit odd. In other countries, spouses mostly participate in ceremonial events like state visits, etc. and may perform some charity work, but they mostly keep a low profile--with exceptions, of course. Here the relationship is a big deal. I wish we weren't voting for a package deal when we vote for a president but it seems like we frequently are.

I think Biden, Obama, Bush, Bush, Reagan, carter, Ford, Nixon, LBJ, Truman, Hoover , TR.

More good than bad lately.

John and Abigail Adams will forever be the high water mark of Presidential marriages.
