I love Jasper the most. I’m a teacher and have taught many kids over the years and Jaspers have always been sweet and quite memorable in a good way. Theodore is second.

Theodore, Alistair, and Caspian are long names so I think you have to think about nicknames. Theodore has great nicknames IMO (Theo, Teddy) but I'm not sure about the other two. "Cas" sounds more feminine to me, as does "Ali" although they could work.
I like both Jasper and Rowan. In the US I think Rowan is more often a girl name but it's a male name in Ireland and I personally like it for a boy. Ronan is similar and is more solidly a boy's name if you are worried about that. Jasper reminds me of the Canadian national park, which I love.

Alistair- this is my personal favorite by far of the 5, but as an American would never actually use it because it comes across as too pretentious
Caspian- equally/(even more)pretentious than Alistar but like it much less
Rowan- I like the name objectively but too androgynous/trending feminine for a boy for my taste (I feel like 20 years from now it will be the equivalent of Leslie)
Jasper- absolutely hate this name (a close friend named her child Jasper and I inwardly cringe each time I hear it). Somehow simultaneously evokes both redneck and hipster vibes.
So…by default I would go with Theodore which I don’t love, but also don’t find terribly objectionable.
