He hit his puberty growth spurt early - started at the end of 5th grade when he was 11. He grew 8 inches and his voice changed over that year. It was insane - he has dark, horizontal stretch marks all up and down his back.
Dad is 6'1" but we have several men who are 6'4" on both sides of the family.
My younger son, who is only 10, is already 5'2" and has not hit puberty.
Boys who grow that early tend to stop growing early too. He’ll probably top out at 5’11”.
