OP, I think your mom is over-reacting

OP here. We went there together, got there at 5:15, and had a very nice time. At the end of the day, we wound up having to take an uber home since the tasting pours were bigger than expected. So maybe we should have stuck with the proposal of ubering over (together vs. separately).
