I'm always amazed at how much people think botox can do. It really isn't that versatile. It can smooth out wrinkles, and in some cases (massater) it can slim the face. It can lift the eyebrows but it can't reduce fat pads in the eye area. It also can't fill in deeper folds or wrinkles.

My guess is that she had bleph surgery. She has upper eyes similar to many women in my family who eventually require upper bleph surgery bc if you let that kind of eye area go to gravity, it creates an obstruction in vision. It appears to me she had upper and lower bleph and the rest is fillers.
