I also find her annoying. She has this kind of sarcastic, eye-rolling vibe I dislike. It comes off like she thinks everything she does is funny, but she engages in a lot of unfunny behaviors. She seems incapable of being genuine and direct -- everything is dumb or silly or a joke or beneath her. She seems like someone who would mock you for your clothes or the way you talk and then roll her eyes and say "learn to take a joke" if it bothered you.
I also found it really obnoxious when she was trying to shed her Disney image and did so by adopting a lot of stereotypically black behaviors and aesthetics. She was using black culture to sexualize herself so people would forget about Hannah Montana. I get wanting to shake that image and I feel bad for basically all child starts, but she, or someone on her team, should have stopped and asked "wait, is this exploitative and maybe even kind of embarrassing? am I just using my black dancers and backup singers to help my own image without any authenticity or actual understanding of the culture I'm appropriating?" But she didn't, and has never really come out and said "that was messed up" and I hold it against her.
Should also note that she's spent much of her career making fun of other celebs, including fellow Disney alums, and stirring up conflict where there need not be any. She's antagonize Demi Lovato, Nikki Minaj, Jay-Z, Katy Perry... a bunch of others. I think some of the worst stuff is that she's made fun of celebrities who have had public issues with substance abuse, including Demi and Jody Sweetin (from Full House). Given her own history with substance issues, it just demonstrates how much she lacks self-awareness and self-control. She's rude, and seems to like it that way. She keeps saying she's "grown up" but isn't she in her 30s now? How long is that supposed to take?

If she doesn’t need the money, honestly, why should she. Good for her.
Oh my gosh you’re completely right. It’s the work from home approach.

You don’t like women who sound like a man
You don’t like heroine chic
You don’t like or understand the actions of someone who experienced trauma as a child
