Holy cow! I've only ever seen that with keto or low-carb where you are shedding water weight. Four lbs in a week is huge! Can I ask how much you are looking to lose? I'm looking at 30-40 and am on the .5 dose. I haven't seen much movement at all.

I’ve been drinking a ton of water. But maybe I was retaining before? It’s motivating regardless. And I really am finding it easier make better choices and eat less overall! Are you on name brand or compound?
