Why “special friend” or “filmmaker”? Just say he was a girlfriend of the president she. He was already married.

You can say that she is a woman who the former president of the US decided to have a date with while his wife was at home with their baby.

Then you explain that this is not acceptable behavior from a married man, and that that's how you know republicans don't really believe what they say.

She is a woman who said that she was Donald Trump's girlfriend while he was married to Melania Trump. Donald Trump was afraid she would tell the news, and people wouldn't vote for him, so he paid her money to keep quiet. Paying that money was probably illegal, which is why he has been arrested.
