I'm in project management and the whole field is a joke. It really is a part time admin role.

Management in general is a joke. I feel bad for people actually doing the work and getting getting paid less.

Facebook is right there are way too many managers managing other managers and not enough people doing actual work

I can do my first Job in like 2-3 hours a day. I took a second full time job and was doing fine for but unlike your husband my boss job 2 loves switching meetings around last minute and everything a fire drill. No respect my calendar.

I was making 195k Job 1 and 190k Job 2. Was nice the four paychecks each month. Look at Facebook they had employees assigned zero work. Of course why not get a second job.

Hard to get WFH people to work too hard. My experience a $220k job has double the work of a 160k job so makes sense have two 160k jobs.

What does he do?? Jealous lawyer here making less than that.

Programming.

Even with 2 jobs, he has a solid 3 hours to himself during working hours + a leisure lunch.

I get paid less and have nearly twice the work.
