But, it's legal!
It's legal to possess certain amounts of it. It is not legal to smoke it walking down the sidewalk! How is this so difficult for you??
Legal is legal. No one bothers with their finer points of law.
Anonymous wrote:Yep. All the liberals wanted to legalize and decriminalize. You rep what you sow. You all created this mess. Enjoy.

Walking by or behind someone smoking pot doesn’t make me cough, my clothes and hair don’t smell like it for the rest of the day. In my neighborhood some of it actually smells pretty good. Never could say that about cigarettes!
Try living in a condo, apartment or townhouse where your neighbors smoke pot regularly. Even outdoors, on a patio or balcony. You'll change your tune. It won't "actually smell pretty good" when it permeates your home, furniture, clothing and the air you breathe. Pot smoke absolutely can seep through walls, shared attic space, anything, and neighbors' homes where walls, floors or ceilings adjoin will start to stink. And you cannot paint walls or clean upholstery enough to get the f**k RID of it. So enjoy your high-horse "well, walking by someone smoking pot isn't so bad!" crap but know that as soon as you get a regular weed smoker as a neighbor, you are going to change your tune.

People did not vote to have police not enforce the laws. It's still illegal to smoke in public. It's illegal to smoke while driving.
Talk to the cops.

UNREAL. You need to get high to watch your kid’s U10 rec basketball game at 10:30am?!
