You told her a million times? Sounds like your child is running the show at home. I hope you’re feeling better today.
She can get her license when she turns 18 on her own dime. A huge part of having a license is showing good judgement. Since she did not ask for the keys, that is stealing.
Do not pass go. Do not waiver on this. She has to wait.
