Peanut butter doesn’t have sugar unless you buy shitty peanut butter.

Exactly! I'm not afraid of sugar/fat/carbs

Newsflash. OP eats about 1000 calories a day and very little protein or fat. She needs more.

Thanks. I've been thinking about reaching out to a few. I can't utilize cookunity or prepared meals forever. And left to cook for myself right now is basic and simple meals. Things I can grab. Even in my days off I'd rather eat out. Today I'm taking myself to lunch at a Japanese bakery and then meeting some friends for dinner and drinks. If I was home today I'd probably just throw something in the microwave or grab a yogurt

The ridicule I can handle. I did order more fruits and veg but if I just ate that I'd be way lower in calories for the day. But these internet experts know best, without having all the facts lol

The fact is this isn't any more eating disordered than the ppl asking for help not eating their child's birthday cake, or help I ate 3 mms, oh no girl scout cookies can't have 1 and I'll binge. I mean come on. Eat the cake, eat the candy get in with your lives.

I have as much right to post my WIEIAD than anyone else here. And ppl are welcome to post what they ate. If they don't like it they should just skip this thread

Sure, but what are you looking for? If you want to lose weight you will, but your body is eating your muscle. Do you want no muscle tone and to look emaciated? I don’t really get what your goal is in how you are eating (which sounds like you are purposely limiting calories) and what exactly you want to be held accountable for?

They are delicious though. Calories in/calories out.

But when you are eating 800 calories a day you can’t really afford spending almost half of them on food with no nutrition value. The quality of food matters, not necessarily for weight loss per se, but definitely for what you lose (fat vs muscle) and how you will feel over time. Your current diet is extremely low on protein and fiber and likely very very deficient in many micronutrients as well.
