DP nobody cares. The only joke here is you.

Guess what? We can agree that nobody cares about what I think and I don't care what you think. You people are eating yourselves into an early grave. I eat healthy and that's all that matters.

Eat fast food. Die young. who cares?

I think their food is great considering it’s fast-food.

I agree. Their grilled chicken nuggets are one point on WW! I lived in them at work for a while. Even their grilled chicken sandwich is only 5 points. The cool wrap seems like a reasonably healthier option as far as fast food goes.

Huge CFA fan!!

I always have good experiences there. They teach their workers to be respectful and helpful.

At some other fast food places, I feel like I have to get ready for an argument just to order the meal and make the appropriate selections (nothing unusual-- like just saying: choc milk, not juice in the happy meal). The level of confusion and ineptitude is really unbelievable sometimes.

It was great environment for our upper-class kid for the 4 months he spent there. he worked after school and had most of Sat and all day sundays off. The McDonalds next door had cranky employees.

They offer need-based scholarships to their HS employees who go to college.

They hire cheaper, more manipulable employees, you mean.

You seem confused. Every time I go there the employees are bright, cheerful, and engaged. I can’t think of any other retail establishment where the employees pay as much attention or are as friendly and great to interact with. I have no idea how much they pay, but they hire good people and treat them well.

I always wonder how they find these bright, friendly, competent kids because so many kids are the exact opposite. They know what they are doing with hiring.

The one my son works at required 3 interviews and knowledge tests to be hired. A full day of off-site training/final interview. New employees are trained for months. It takes even more training to move up. Employees are monitored and counseled by senior team members. Employees must be recommended and mentored for promotion s. Cashiers aren't trying to support their three kids on an entry level job. They expect their part-time employees to be in high school or college

The McDonald's by me offers drive thru interviews & hire on the spot. Employees might be on the cash register on their own after an hour.

I think this is why the quality of employees varies so much from McDonald's to McDonald's. The one by us is a well organized machine. Employees are friendly, but no teenagers that I've ever seen. I think that particular franchise owner does a good job with hiring/training, etc.

But CFA definitely does it across the board.

The only fast food places I go to are Chick Fil A occasionally and McDonalds with the playground on cold days when the kids are going nuts.
It's not even because of the food but because it's clean and pleasant.
Who knows what they're doing differently but every other fast food place has miserable, hostile employees. It's like going to the DMV.
