I think it must be true. Because, for example, I know Brianne NoDo can’t wait to it lunch but it’s not a feeling, just simple math.

How is the housing authority doing in her own city under her watch? Not a good track record there. Unless you were being racist here.
Why has virtually every HUD Secretary been black???
No. Henry Cisneros, Steve Preston, Shaun Donovan, Julian Castro, Mel Martinez, Andrew Cuomo.
Most have NOT been Black.
I see 3 Latinos, 2 ethnic Americans and only one WASP. The data seems to support the idea that this is a cabinet position reserved for minorities.

Where does she go from here?
Anything else other than mayor would be great. But since she can't rise any higher in the ranks (congresswoman, senator) DC mayor is the best gig she can get. We're stuck with her for a while.
She'll serve out her term and then announce she's not running again. After laying low for a while she will join a K Street lobbying firm making seven figures, and her kid will suddenly leave her dcps school for a pricy private.
Every sitting DC Council member under the age of 70 will run to succeed her. Charles Allen will spent millions to finish 5th in the primary. Brianne Nadeau will finish behind Trayon.
