This is probably a slight increase (to various privates) from 10, even 5 years ago.

Some wait until high school. I'm not sure if it's that the neighborhood has turned into a $2.5-3 million price tag for a new home or if it's because of the result of Covid and dissatisfaction with the results of that. Probably a combo of both. What I keep hearing from people that have kids college/post-college with another kid still in the APS system is what a downhill turn it has been.
