34 as a first year attending. 350K now at 45. But the pandemic broke me and most of my friends in medicine. We're so bitter.

I was 27 data analytics in 2007 with engineering degree. Now maxed GS15 could make more but quality of life is hard to beat.

Late 20s or early 30s, I don't remember exactly. Early 40s now and earning a little over $200K. Engineering, then program management for engineering development.

First year big law well over $100k at 27, then went non-profit for a few years and took a huge cut but it was worth it. Didn't make over $100k again until I went federal at 35.

I cracked 100k at 32 as a fed. I'm 42 now, and I make 150k as a fed after a promition.
