Honestly, this sounds good all-around. It seems like Em would be better suited for, and probably more fulfilled in, a position with more of an advocacy role.

No great loss. To much lgbtq+ and not enough of everything or anything else. Also too much opinion (why would we care what she thinks?). Hopefully they get someone who is young and will stick around a while (like Caitlynn), and who is a good reporter!

They were a very good reporter. It’s too bad that journalism is losing them to PR.

Seems like they don't hold on to their education reporters for long. I'm guessing the pay is not great.
