Allegedly a known a-hole at several locations, so this wasn't a one-time thing.

Possibly, but the original tweet says he "allegedly grabbed the victim by the throat". I don't see that happening in the video. I am not arguing that the guy shouldn't be charged, just that the reports of what happened should be accurate.
