Mind blowingly stupid.

Funny how drivers act like no turn signs are optional when they are the slightest inconvenience but act like if one single cyclist rolls through a stop sign that should invalidate their entire infrastructure.
I'm sick of seeing entitled drivers blow through no left turn signs! We shouldn't add a single lane or fix a single pothole until every single one of them obeys every single law!
I'll follow it once Westbard is open. Until then, no chance. I am not wasting my time driving all the way down to Goldsboro or up to Western. It's idiotic.
Only other alternative is to cut through Kenwood.
It is crazy that the same government agency that forced the approval of Westbard development in a location without transit access and the same agency that just a couple weeks ago advocated further up-zoning of River Rd also wants to isolate this very same high-density development from reasonable and efficient access to transit. This people are malign idiots.
We have some of the most expensive property in the area, creating a huge revenue for the county. This is the best they can do? Create choke points to benefit whom? Commuters who don’t live in 20816?
It’s mind blowing how these decisions are being made with no input from those who fund them

This is insane. They are saying they conducted studies and determined that there is no need for four lanes for cars. When did they conduct those studies? During the pandemic? How are the people from the new Westbard development supposed to commute?
As for the new speed bumps on Little Falls Pkway between River Rd and Mass Ave, they are horrible. Nobody walks or bikes there and drivers typically do not speed there. It is a two-lane road after all. It is not possible to speed.
Ugh - so dumb. I despise Montgomery County.

After throttling the traffic, the put up counters.
I cannot believe that they are letting this handiwork of a guy that regularly drank at work continue like this.
Montgomery County is just pathetic. You can add this to the bike lanes to nowhere in downtown Bethesda.
He was fired last week. The entire planning board was asked to leave.
