U Mich Ann Arbor has a 26% acceptance rate which is so much higher than the other top 20-25 schools. Much easier to get into. We have a large number get in from our high school every year---23 last year.

There are plenty of social kids at Hopkins, a big chunk of the student body is athletes,
The two biggest partiers I know are Hopkins alum- go figure. The sports frats are pretty crazy, but I wouldn't say a huge portion are athletes. Academically it's very challenging.
