I don’t think this is inevitable, if you don’t need to look 25. You can still look great but it’s a batter of perspective.

I started on the late side.. age 15… but not unusually so.
My mother had menopause early, in her late 30s actually, so I thought that might be my pattern too.
At 45 I thought about buying a Diva cup but figured why waste the money?
I didn’t know a ten year investment would have been worth it.
Just PMS venting…
