The yellowing of the nails and sounds like jaundice. I would get in to see someone quickly. That's not something to mess around with.

Yellow nails can be caused by a vitamin deficiency. If you're having issues eating a well rounded diet, or having absorption issues that could 100% be the cause. I wouldn't let that freak you out more than the other issues.

Gyn couldn't help except to say that she thinks that it is not ovarian cancer because u/s was fine and I had my fallopian tubes removed a decade ago. She put me on Miralax and it worked but I still don't feel good.
She referred me to a GI who can't see me for 2 months unless I think it is "urgent". Is is urgent? No, because it's already been an entire month

If you have not done so, try beano with every meal and a two week for course of Prilosec. I know it sounds crazy but I had majorly weird symptoms that no one could figure out and that were atypical including a ton of really bad bloating and extreme pain regularly. Never once had heartburn though! Those drugs solved everything

SIBO? A family member was just put on a particular antibiotic for possible SIBO and it made a dramatic difference. The person is also following a low fodmap diet.

Seriously, thank you! I would have never found it and anything helps.
The doctor seems very reluctant to order any tests (no idea why since I have great insurance) so I will definitely ask for the BGL test. I'm also going to ask for an "upper and lower scope" because although that sounds painful and invasive, I'm not sure how much longer I can handle being this fatigued and ill -- it's taking a toll on my sleep, my job, and my family. I'm willing to go through any tests. I think I may need to start with a GI doc though, so I may need a referral.
I've eliminated dairy, gluten, and anything processed. I'm still in pain but it seems to be less intense. Unfortunately, however, it's not disappearing, and I'm tired all the time.

Since you mentioned in your original post that you are of Ashkenazi Jewish descent, gotta ask if you have ever been screened for Gaucher Disease? Still in pain. Celiac Results were Negative. My IgA Serum value was 290 mg/dL and normal is up to 310 mg/dL and antibody level was even lower.
Here's what I've eliminated:
Appendix issues (press test and blood test)
Gallbladder issues (no jaundice)
Ovarian issues (nothing on abdominal u/s)
Cancer (normal range of white blood cell count -- although elevated)
Infection (no fever)
Dairy (got off dairy and took lactaid -- nothing helped)
Celiac (elevated numbers but within normal range)
Diverticulitis (no blood in stool)
I still have nausea, fatigue, bloating, and abdominal pain on only the right side (like a cramp all the time day and night with no break). But it's not bad enough to go to the ER -- I would feel ridiculous.
I'm going to the Gyn on Monday so I will ask her to do more tests and refer me to a GI asap.
Lack of jaundice does not rule out gallbladder issues. TBH, even a "clean" ultrasound doesn't rule them out--I had horrible intermittent abdominal pain for 10 years (bad enough that I had an OTC Rx for opioids when it occurred, although it was well before the Sacklers were exposed as the crooks they are). Two clean USs in that time. Finally a stone migrated from the gallbladder to the common bile duct. I got pancreatitis. The worst pain of my life by a long shot. Hospitalized NPO for 8 days. Never became jaundiced.
You need an upper and lower scope. Many of the things you are describing as "ruled out" can only be conclusively ruled out after biopsy. Good luck.
