Plus a coffee with the same 0% fat milk in it.
Every day for 4 months now. And I've lost 25 lbs.

If you don't eat breakfast and someone asks you what you eat than you don't have to participate. "air" sandwich is not what op was asking!
You need to eat a bowl of "be more kind" and a glass of "give a person a little latitude."
There was nothing unkind in my response. Honestly, it is ok not to answer every thread. She they eat nothing how is that helpful to op who is looking for ideas for breakfast?

And I thought I liked carbs; I’m not a patch on you.![]()
I aim for an egg and some nuts but sometimes patiently frying an egg sounds tedious.
Do you like hard boiled eggs? Hard boil a bunch at the beginning of the week. They last all week and don't go bad. Easy to eat. Two eggs are about 150 calories, 11 g of fat, 2 grams of carbs, 12 grams of protein.
And more than a day's worth of cholesterol.

Did I deliberately double the recipes and then forget to offer leftovers to people?
Sorry, can't talk, mouth full.
