I make them to just snack on. So I use the steam method to cook. Peel then marinate in a plastic bag over night. Then drain and put into a plastic storage container. Then during the week if I need a little snack, or quick breakfast I grab one and go.

If I make ramen (Sun Noodles are the best home ramen), I usually use the coffee mug and microwave method to poach the eggs.

Salt, pepper and curry powder.
