the GOP goal is to get women out of the work force and back to exclusively raising babies

Republicans said it out loud again ladies.
Matt Birk is doubling down on the position he has outlined in speeches to fellow right-wing loons that women shouldn’t work.
This solves their problem. If women can't work, they need men-- and men don't have to worry about being rejected.
Again vote Red this is what will happen. Your call.

Sooooo can a pregnant woman file an assault claim against a fetus if she feels it's threatening her life? Can the woman get an abortion and say it was self defense?

There are medical cases where the fetus is a danger to the woman's life. That should be a clear cut case of medically necessary abortion to save the woman's life.

Extrapolating further, any pregnancy has a statistically higher risk of death for the woman than any abortion, so…
