Except it isn't that simple. It is really hard to get rid of an incumbent, no matter how kooky and destructive. That is exactly what's happening with Nadeau. We welcomed her as an alternative to Graham, and now we can't get rid of her.

I had hoped to buy a new house myself but... my coop apartment is worth $150K less than it was pre-COVID, for many reasons but among them the fact that our once-desirable neighborhood started to suck on your self-interested watch. No opportunity for upward mobility for me... only down. But that's music to your hypocritical ears. Wrong kind of "equity" you're promoting, but somehow you're sure to prosper anyway.
