I have never seen that. You can get a regular box of fresh chocolate chip cookies for either 4.50, or 6.50 for the larger one.

The last time I checked prices, Giant sold regular milk for $4.79 a gallon, and Wegmans was $3.29. I think Wegmans is always a better deal for basic items. You spend a lot more if you go for the specialty deli, bakery, and prepared foods.

The produce at my local store in Crofton is so fresh and beautiful that it has honestly ruined me for Giant and Safeway. I sometimes run into Giant on my way to pick up my kids because it is so close to their after care, and I get really annoyed if I have to grab even a bunch of bananas or a container of blueberries. I don’t discount the other posters’ experience, but it’s just so different from our Wegmans, which is several classes above the produce anywhere else in Crofton. (Though Aldi is my second favorite in the area.)
That crofton wegmans is the one closest to me and I love their produce, also.

Wegmans brand Nutella is better than real Nutella.
