When is DC finally going to arrest these reckless lawbreakers and confiscate their illegal dirt bikes?!

Let me guess: you just moved here. I’ve been here for more than 20 years and I can tell you that children riding ATVs on the streets wasn’t a thing until a couple years ago. Everyone hates it except for the young white dumbasses like yourself who just got here.

It wasn't an ATV. It also wasn't a group of riders. It was a couple on a moped and they blew the traffic light.

It was a dirt bike. And they ALWAYS blow the light. Have you never seen these upstanding citizens? They drive through the city blowing every stoplight.

There are tons of videos online of gangs of children riding ATVs on city streets. It’s a weird thing to deny.

Oh I love it when young lefties split hairs over language. It’s so freshman-in-college.

I don't care how many baseball cards you shove into the spokes, bicycles aren't keeping people up in the middle of the night.

A lot of the noise is verbal. It's groups of about a dozen teenagers riding together doing dangerous bike stunts and tricks with an atv that films them.

An earlier poster had said "Local teens having fun was never a problem until a bunch of white people from somewhere else moved here (to live in a city!) and then started complaining about the things that attracted them here in the first place." I pushed back on that. But you're just feeding the stereotype of uptight new arrivals here.

?It is what it is. I'm born and bred in the District and did the same type of stupid crap as a teenager.

White people in cars are evil incarnate.

Black children driving ATVs down the middle of major arteries are “urban culture.”

Got it.

(Are there people who are really this stupid?)

If you can’t take the best get out of the kitchen. Move back to Fairfax.

To be fair, he says the same thing when he sees teenagers peeing on passed out homeless people.

No comparison to a couple dozen two-stroke engines running full out.
