There are no better electric cars out there.

Total BS!!
Telsas are soooo ugly and uninspired.

Kia
Ford
Audi - lovely
BMW - excellent cars

They are ugly AF but they are still the best EVs out there - features, performance, charging network, etc.

Taycan
E-tron GT
i4 m50

Heck, even the eMustang

I do like the e-tron GT but the other ones are lame/fug (who buys a 4-door Porsche?).

The range doesn’t come close to the Tesla though (238 v 396). Plus, the Tesla charging network is expansive. Tons of great features. Fun to drive.

I’ll happily buy another EV when they’ve caught up. Looking at you, Audi.

But for now I’m stuck with ugly Tesla and DB Musk.

If you really strongly dislike Teslas and/or Musk, I'm not sure I'd let the difference in range or charging network deter you from another make. If you're able to charge at home, the range and the charging network will only be an issue when you're taking a road trip, because it's pretty unlikely you'll be driving more than 230 miles in a day otherwise, so you can just charge at home at night regardless of how much range you have left. For us, this is an issue infrequently enough (maybe once every two months or so) that having to charge two or three times on a round trip isn't that much more of a hassle than charging once or twice.

We drive up and down 95 regularly. And I hate stopping. Range is important to me.

I get 300 miles on the highway.

I have the three and drove to myrtle beach with just a 15 minute stop (which I needed for coffee and bathroom anyway). The superchargers are very fast and are programmed so that the first 15 minutes is super super fast — after that the charging speed diminishes somewhat so there is less incentive to sit around and fill a supercharger spot. I guess if you can drive 6 hours without peeing, then the charging is irritating. I need to pee every few hours anyway so it’s NBD for me to stop to charge. They are usually at a sheetz or a strip mall so you can grab a drink.

This. By the time you pee & get a drink, the car is charged. Not a big deal at all.

I drive an inexpensive model 3. It’s the best car I’ve ever owned. Never needs gas or oil change. Super fun to drive. Elon is truly a genius.

Ah, body shaming! Nothing like thinking that's a good argument for anything. It's not. Would you use 'small t*t ones' in that sentence to indicate non-hot Moms? Makes as much sense.

I think we can probably just move on from this, not sure the dads of upper NW D.C. really need anyone to come to our defense, no matter what car we drive.

For range + charging network + cost it is hard to beat Model 3 and Model Y. Give it a few years and others will catch up.

DP. Not really. Plenty of hot moms have small breasts.
