A few years ago I ordered a rug from PB. It took much longer than originally estimated to ship.

Their delivery service set up delivery times 2 Saturdays in a row and never showed up. The first time they said they could not find the item in the warehouse. The second time they said they had found the item before delivery date, but when I contacted them after they didn’t show, they said they did not have it, it was lost in the warehouse.

I called central office to complain and they told me all I could do was cancel the order and place a new order for the item to start all over.

I told them to cancel the order and I would take my business elsewhere.
My cc was refunded and few days later I got a 3rd email saying ”schedule your delivery”. I just clicked a time for the delivery. I assumed nothing would come for the third time, but they actually delivered the cancelled/ refunded rug.

So I got it for free in the end. Normally I would feel guilty but they are so incompetent and wasted so much of my time, that I felt fine with it.

I will never order from them again.

I'm so over them. Ordered in March, 6 pieces.

Items 1&2: 2 arrived within a few weeks, one was unable to be assembled. Sent back and replaced fairly quickly.

Items 3&4: 2 more arrived, one was the wrong color. Took 2 weeks of daily phone calls to schedule a pick up of the wrong one. Still waiting on the replacement.

Item 5: One more was supposed to arrive in that first shipment but didn't. Then was supposed to arrive in that second shipment but didn't. Still waiting for it.

Item 6: And the last one seems to have arrived at the facility and is ready to be scheduled.

For those keeping track, that means I currently have 3/6 after 3 months and literally dozens of phone calls.

Hi. The key to PB is to call the central office and complain if they do not deliver by their “estimated” date. They assigned an advisor to us who would call bi-weekly with updates and it seemed to move the process along more transparently.
