I didn’t think any, but apparently I slept with one. I had a photo of him in my phone and my friends say he was in some action movies. I don’t watch that stuff and it was a one-off so I don’t know.

It depends on who you consider a celebrity. 
I have met lots of politicians, authors, and stage actors. If those count, I have probably met over 100 celebrities.
If you don't consider politicians, stage actors, and authors to be celebrities, the list is much shorter.

Also most of them are truly mundane humans, many desperate for attention, eyes darting around to see if anyone's noticed them, and it's a real turn off. I dont get the trend of people sharing mundane celeb encounters- most of them are boring, dull people.

+1. Same. It’s pretty much a daily occurrence. Your first instinct is to think you know them from some part of your personal life and then it hits you they’re a celebrity. I smile if I make eye contact but always leave them to their lives.
How do they look in real life?
Generally shorter and with bigger heads. Seriously. I’m always surprised by how thin and small-boned most of the women are.

When I was a teenager I was in FAO Schwarz with my family and my dad almost hit Maria Shriver in the head with a bouncy ball. She was with Caroline Kennedy and their kids.
