Everyone gets to live their own life, and I try not to judge, but in my head do I think *most* cosmetic surgery is vain and unnecessary, regardless of gender? Yes.

Maybe it's because people who get one big problem area fixed and stop there go unnoticed, but you certainly notice the people verging on dysmorphia who keep getting more and more surgery and looking Frankensteinish.
