As a nerdy middle-aged lawyer, the only thing you're missing is "Be prepared to manage every part of life outside of his work (home, vacations, kids, etc)." Otherwise, that's pretty much spot on. Too bad my SAH wife does none of those things.

You can easily work as a secretary in an accounting firm. For extremely rich, you need to be young enough and marry down on looks.

I come from a big family (of which I am the youngest) and my two much older sisters both married rich.

One met her DH at an ivy league school while they were both students there. The other met her DH while they were both working at a FAANG company right after graduation.

Widen your horizons beyond the narrow scope of DCUM. Go for a pro athlete, for example. Hang out around spring training camps.
Also, don’t discount plumbers. Mine is always on vacation. Bonus: they have the best stories. Don’t ask me why; it’s just a fact.
