You must have just arrived to the city after the day they shut down the whole white section because of a shooting where no one died except the shooter.

Arlington and Alexandria are barely less Democratic than DC.

Slap on the wrist if they are even caught. D.C. criminal justice policy is more concerned with going easy on youth crime than anything else, and has little if any concern for its victims.
