It's awesome that are choices are Bowser (a thoroughly uninspiring candidate and person), a bigot and a guy who is so desperate that he's throwing out every pie-in-the-sky idea there is (jobs for all! DCPS boarding schools!).
I don't think Trayon will end up in second, but the rest of your analysis is sadly spot on.
