You need to rest appropriately between sets if you're lifting heavy. You want to make sure you're focused on doing reps with good form rather than trying to get a cardio workout, which is why you need rest. It may take me 15+ minutes to do 4 sets while doing squats. MYOB.

I don't even understand what kind of person has the nerve to turn OFF the fan in summer. Yes we're indoors, but it's still hotter than usual, and many of us are in between workouts.

I don’t even go to classes. I just don’t get what the big deal is. You’d have the same (less) space to workout in if they came early to class. Be glad you had a bit more space for the first 5 min
