Subject: BIPOC is a term that excludes Asian immigrants or American born Asian-Americans.

Which Asians? Turkey, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Israel, UAE, Saudia Arabia, Cyrpus, Oman, Yemen, Armenia, Kuwait etc are all in Asia but not of it's native people are considered Asian or people of color.
This "color" thing is an extremely limiting lens.
