The similarity of your views to the religious right who kicked their kids out for going on birth control or having sex, hahaha.
Horseshoe theory at work. You really are just the people you hate LOL.
Not the PP you're responding to but you're being ridiculous. There is a HUGE difference from the hypocrisy of the religious right on things like being "pro-life" but then advocating for policies that put kids in cages or don't give resources to kids born to parents who weren't ready to have kids. THAT kind of selective morals is hypocritical and completely different from a policy of restricting kids' choices and them needing to abide by rules of the house until they are old enough and responsible enough to go live on their own in their own house. That last policy is HARDLY "kicking the kids out for having sex", it's about whether you respect the rules of ths home or not and also encouraging independence and understanding that that is the difference between adulthood/independence and still being a teen who lives at home.
Since Covid is highly contagious and can be deadly, absolutey makes sense to say "You don't get to make this call, because you're not going to put the rest of this house at risk or get us all sick because you wont' get boosted.
