I don't totally hate the outside look, I tend to like the modern, contemporary look. It's not attractive, but I've seen more hideous than that. But the inside is absolutely terrible.

Everyone is right that the original house was adorable. It was my first open house as a new agent a million years ago. Was built as one of those Pepco substations disguised as houses, then Pepco sold it to the people who listed it it with my colleague. I’ve been watching this thing arise with horror. I don’t understand why the middle piece is so different from the rest of it.

Why the Orange???? Maybe the new owners can al least paint it black? It would fit the vibe of dark and depressing.

I live in the valley on the edge of van nuys, gang territory in LA.

I prefer my condo to this European bus depot.

Wow. The location is so terrible already and now this? They included street photos as if that would help the appeal of this home? I cannot even imagine trying to get in and out of that driveway, especially at rush hour, and then you walk into that terrible space? They should level this and start over.

Literally nobody will buy this.

$2 million, 4,000 square feet and you walk into the kitchen and small living room? Not even a foyer.

"Modern" house with small double hung windows and 6 panel colonial doors? What were they thinking?

This is worse than the Arlington monstrosity. Just a blight on the neighborhood.

A crappy builder and project team (engineer + architect to blame too). But people on here will insist that bottom of the barrel construction is just as good as what high end builders put out.

But at least for those houses someone will still buy them if the location is good. And someone will buy a modern look. It's not for everyone (including me), but some people really like 'em.

But it’s not really a modern house. There actually are rules for design. This house is all out of proportion, starting with those standard size windows. (Yeah, I’m still absolutely floored over those windows and how bad they look/how dark they make the house).

Wow. They started at 2.3mil. How far does this have to drop before someone just puts an offer?
