I would do that for masked and unmasked kids. Way too many parents sending sick kids to school, even pre-COVID.
Before Covid, assuming the kid didn’t have a fever, our clinic would just send that kid right back to class. It wouldn’t work. Even now they aren’t sending many kids home. Plenty are coughing and sniffling behind their cloth masks.
