Vanity. I think I look better in my clothes when my legs and mid-section are a bit thinner. I like the way my arms look with a tiny bit less pudge.
Why do I think I look better when I'm thinner? Because I am a victim of fashion culture, and because I belong to a socio-economic-ethnic group that values thinness.

Same height 115 lbs. I also have a small frame (can wrap thumb and index finger around wrist and still have space leftover. But I’m muscular and not bony at all. I exercise 1-2 hours a day and eat a lot of fruits and vegetables but don’t count calories or restrict any food groups. I tend to eat smaller portions.
You can wrap your thumb and index finger around your wrist because you are skinny, not small framed. If you weighed 150 you would be large framed. Small framed and large framed are b.s.
Agree. 5"7" and 115 is underweight and not healthy. Yet you exercise 2 hours a day?! I also am willing to bet you are very strict about what you eat and potions too. It is one thing to be "naturally thin" but you are purposely making and keeping yourself underweight. THAT is not healthy.
I am not strict about what I eat. I make sure I get enough vegetables and fruits but I eat meat, carbs, eat pastries/cookies/chocolate/ice cream/chips whatever looks good. I naturally eat smaller portions, don’t drink soda, alcohol, or juice, don’t eat much processed food. With that basis, I don’t worry about little indulgences.

If you are 5’ 7” and 135, there is no way you look pudgy. No way!
You definitely can. Weight is such an illusory measure, the fat % is where it's at. You can be super fit and weight 150 lbs. and flabby at 125 lbs.
Look at Sydney Leroux, she's perfection. But according to the BMI, she's 9 lbs. from being overweight.
This person is overweight with an extra 9 pounds? You are nuts.
*facepalm* Read slowly my original post. Yes, according to the BMI chart, NOT ME, she's 9 lbs. away from being overweight, HENCE WHY body fat %, especially abdominal fat, is a better measure than BMI alone.
