This whole “we owe each other a duty to mask up if someone wants us to” bs has got to end. 1) we have vaccines 2) it’s omicron not delta 3) cloth masks don’t work 4) ordinary citizens have never owed others a duty to protect them. It’s not Gorsuch’s job to make adjustments to accommodate Sotomayor when he is perfectly within his rights to not put something over his face. It’s her job to make adjustments. So she can stay home. It was “a total joke,” said Steve Ochs, a history teacher at Georgetown Prep who was the student government advisor during Mr. Gorsuch’s junior and senior years at the Bethesda, Md., school.

“There was no club at a Jesuit school about young fascists,” he told America. “The students would create fictitious clubs; they would have fictitious activities. They were all inside jokes on their senior pages.”
