Yes. You can lose tenure--and your position- for any just cause.

Read a bit more about this interesting man. Some students support him. The video is about 15 minutes, but of course few got that far. This article goes deeper and fills in the blanks. Essentially he's advising students to attend class remotely, and explains how to get an A in his class. He's openly against eugenics and the use or race science to support racist views and policies. He's not a Republican.
