No they don't. That is why I wouldn't buy in the Hamlet. And you can hear the noise in your backyards.

The house is well-maintained and looks like it has some upgrades. The price seems to take the location into account—I think if it weren’t next to the Beltway it’d be 1K more at least. But definitely based on location many would rule it out (I would).
