My kid at Janney was told they'd have an option to eat inside, not that there would be no outside lunch.
My Janney kid wasn't told they'd have an indoor option. I don't see how they could leave that up to a 5 year old to decide. It should be the parents decision.
I'll definitely allow my vaccinated kid to eat inside in this weather if they so choose.
