I only see worse and worse options for ridiculous price now… so maybe the Greenway Height’s 1.6 tear down was a good deal? Can’t understand this market lol
So this piece of crap with some cheap lipstick is worth 1.2 million dollars?
I don't think someone would pay $1.2M for a teardown in that location, so either it's a nice update inside or there's a delusional seller.
As the inventory is quite low in those pyramids, people are asking for a lot of money when they sell.
Lot size is good, Kent Gardens is desirable. I don’t think it is too $ for a tear down, these days.
It's a nice enough home but 1.2M for 2100 sq ft?!
That home isn't selling fast despite it's cheap price because it's in the food zone,
I don’t think this home is in a flood zone. It’s not selling because the exterior is ugly and it’s a cheap flip. There was a house on Kirby that was around the same price in a flood zone that sat for awhile but eventually sold.

Pending. Can’t wait to see what it went for.
Sold 75k over asking for a very quick closing - probably a cash buyer?

OP, have you found anything yet?
Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Inventory will go up when apartment buildings are constructed there. Until then, it will be tough.
But then it will no longer be a "coveted" area -- just another Tysons with low income families in two bedroom apartments.
Interesting. So the apartments are going to cause the area to be moved further away from dc?

Actually, it escalated to more than $1.2M. If you want list price, you use Revlon lipstick; if you want above list, you use Chanel lipstick.
Enjoy, Manassas.

Nice price, but the location outside the beltway near 193 blows.
That is a great neighborhood.
No, check the distance to the school and the few roads (2 lane) roads to get there. 193 is a pisser. Better to live inside the Beltway in Mclean.
