These are Eye Candy threads! I scour shelter magazines and blogs to fulfill requests in these threads. I think most people here have decorated themselves and are looking for inspiration from professionals.

Where would I find the photos you are seeking, though? I am happy to look at some other sources.

Maybe a few mantles?

An outdoor fireplace...

Very simple, but people are sometimes stymied by asymmetrical mantles. Interesting idea!

How about some trees?

I'm not a nutcracker person, but I love all the greenery here.

The car wreath is a nice alternative to those Rudolph kits.

The more I look at it, the more I like it. If you have a big door, I think it works to go big.

The little trees in front might be a wee bit too much?

Why hello, friends! I've been holed up in Bunny's barn for a bit (old DCUM Home joke, iykyk) and thought I'd look for some 2023 holiday decorations to share.

I shared a picture from Kelly Nan's house a few years ago. She's a blogger who was all about maximalism in a big, new construction home. She used to have trees all over the house, including two in the dining room. The dining room this year...

This is downright minimal for her. The little wreaths are different.

Moving on to some professionally decorated homes...

More to come! If the rules are still the same, I can get 4 images in each post.

None of these houses have cats, clearly.
