So sorry, OP. I get why you ranted. I like shopping at the Michael's at Seven Corners and it is too bad there are small-minded people who also shop there. I am mistaken for someone who works at stores all of the time. It doesn't matter that I am not wearing a store uniform or that I am dressed in a blouse and nice slacks. I am mistaken for my own children's nanny. And I am someone who has an advanced degree and earns more than DH. But don't give it a moment's thought. It is becoming a minority majority country, certainly in this area soon, and bias will continue to change, hopefully for the better.
